Re: Any Carnivores out there, besides me?

> How is it possible to do this diet?
Well, first you have to be motivated, and common motives are desire to loose weight, or to get healthy.

Actually there ia long list of foods that are OK, and if you are healthy, you can also occasionly take some "Avoid" foods.

> And what does it mean by neutral food?

Neutral food does not have "healing properties", but it also doesn't cause illness.

Seriously sick people, and people who want to loose weight on this diet, should choose more of the "Beneficial foods", and less of the "neutral", but healthy people can eat both groups.

> Anybody out there try the diet and it didn't work?

Work for what? If you try it 2 weeks, it may not wark, but after 3 months you will feel the difference.

Good cook books are "Macrobiotic Cooking Books".
