I've been on the BFFM program for the last nine weeks and am doing great and sticking to the program described. My energy's up, weight is down, and diet is much improved. My question here is this. My siblings and I are cursed with larger then normal calves. I am lifting weights religiously once again and am in the gym four times a week and do my cardio at home on my treadmill. Does anyone have any clues as to how to reduce the size of one's calves? Can it be accomplished in the weight room?
