Usually you see discolored brown water and feel it released. I am only getting the black water from the coffee, no brown bile, which usually had some small liver/gallbladder stones and I had also, on a few occasions I passed what I thought were small tumors, which were small fleshy things, with veins running through them. I feel the pressure after the coffee enema but feel no relief, just extra pressure in my abdomen, which I imagine is because the enema stimulated more bile, but wouldn't release it. I have been having vege juice, around a litre every morning, of celery, carrot, lemon and apple for nearly two years now, so I am trying!!
