Thanks for taking the time to reply to my post. The diet you outlined would make me very ill. I could not eat all the carbs contained in the fruit and veggies without having meat, fish, eggs and poultry! I would miss my nuts too.
However, I have cut out peppers and oranges, and I am going to cut down the amount of tomatoes I am eating and see if there is a difference to how I am feeling. I am reluctant to stop using coconut oil as this is good for my metabolism. I have hypothyroid sypmtoms and I am a lot better since using it.
I will also stop eating brazils and cashews for a while once I have finished them, again to test if there is a difference.
I will post the results when I have had time to do all this.
