Re: 60 DAY WATER FAST. HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS? Please reply!

Hi

Congratulations on your success with Rehab.

Yes fasting results in rapid weightloss a rate of about 1lb(or more) a day as the fast progreses it slows down to about 0.5 lbs. Considering, that weightloss slows down the longer into the fast 60 days in one go might not be optimal for quick weightloss. Also, remember AS QUICKLY AS IT COMES OFF IT AS QUICKLY AS IT COMES BACK ON IF THE FAST IS NOT BROKEN PROPERLY & OR YOU DON'T EAT A healthy Diet AFTER.

As far as water, distilled water is widely accepted as the best water during a fast. I'm sure you even asking that question means you are weary of drinking the carbonated water.

I havent really been posting but reading your post I wanted to respond that since you went through rehab fasting will either be great or not.Great, in that fasting can give you mental clarity, slows you down so you can reflect which can be a good continuation where rehab left off. Not so great, in that fasting's sometines results in boredom, stress in the first couple of days when your'e withdrawing from food not sure if this could trigger you to revert back to old habits for comfort. But this shouldnt be a problem on shorter fasts like 21 days but from my experience fasting over the past couple of months it can become boring and stresful. But everyone is different just experiment to find what works best for you and remember to listen to your body throughout this process.

As long as you embark on fasting well informed (that amongst other things eating right after our fast is essential)the results can be amazing and well worth the effort.I'm sure with fasting you'll soon be back to 110lbs! Currently, I am on day 6 of my fast if you need company.

Goodluck, and keep us posted.
