You can always turn the electric oven on and off.
Probiotics like lactobacilli likes the temperature change from 23c to 45c every now and then. (probably 65f to 113f)
So you can like turn off the oven at bedtime (or however planning goes) and six hours afterwards turn it on again, yoghurt in oven doesn't cool down so fast as the heat is sort of preserved.
