Yes im feeling a bit better but not 100 percent yet. I dont know what i have in me or if i do have something in me...its very frustrating.

In regards to the salt i was making reference to ocean salts that heal the body.

The RG's Colon Cleanse ill look into that.

I know that i should start with the keffir and work my way up. Hopefully i can cure my colitis i dont want to be only in remission I want to get rid of it or i have to find Tarzan's doctor...lol
