I have seen this itchy feet thing somewhere else, but I can't remember where. I think it was on one of the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement groups on Yahoo groups; if I can find it I will repost it.

This certainly sounds like a detox reaction. Make sure they are drinking a lot of water, and try to get some exercise to move those fluids out of the body.
