And thanks for your reply. I really hope Water Cure s and prevents colitis. Ive been drinking boiled water recently. I noticed that as soon as i drink it I urinate. Hopefully warm water is not harmful for my colitis. Its wierd really at times my urine would look like water and then there would be some yellow to it. Strange but hopefully something is coming out..lol

Yes that is what i was planning on doing is putting the salt in my water and drinking it. But i got a question for you. If you put the salt in your water...do you drink filtered water...or do you boil it and drink it. Sorry had to ask.

Also on the link to the Water Cure site i noticed that there are a few websites where i can purchase the salts. Can i get the salt from there.
