I may be taking in too much sodium chloride even tho it is in a more balanced form in the Celtic salt, yes, because this is not the first time this has happened. I changed to Realsalt a long time ago, then got the Celtic salt and probably have been using too much This very well could be the problem. Will check out the SeMc as to where it is available in the U.S.
We have Lite Salt put out by Morton that is 290mg of sodium to 350mg potassium. Would this be a proper balance used in small quantities? I know it still contains sodium. Your help is very much appreciated. Tweet
