Apple cider and Cholesterol

I had high cholesterol. Started taking prescribed pills that lowered it to normal.

I decided to test the apple cider vinegar effect on cholesterol, and stopped taking the prescribed pills for three months.

I took a spoonful of apple cider vinegar and honey that I prepared in a jar twice a day  without missing one day.

Guess what? When I had the test three months later, my cholesterol was at the same level that it was before I started the medication. It did not go one step lower.  Oh, but I lost a few pounds.

My opinion. Apple Cider Vinegar is good for losing weight, not to lower cholesterol.
