Right on key my friend, our bone structure and ligaments are the most abused problem we encounter as the metals and vacc.(if you ahve any) like to stick to them.

My experience shows that taking them both after workout if the perfered way to rebuild, just as you finish driving a car, you fill it back up, rather than the bodybuilding way of pre-eating.

So exercise in the morning and rejuvenate all day, as you can relax, rebuild, and relearn, all you need to learn with the herbs pumping through the vessel and sculpting the new you.

If you are interested I found an amazing herb for the ligaments and feel it to possibly be the BEST for increased strength and performance.
