So you are cooking all these items and then drinking the water you cook them in as the broth? What do you do with the leftover cooked vegies - throw them away???
I'm a newbie and just trying to figure out what to buy/do.
It seems like I read somewhere that you body needs a little salt, but what do I know? I also recall reading a story that a guy got liver problems after engaging in a No Fat diet for too long - it seems that the liver needs fat in order to be healthy. To regain his health, he had to start pulling oils all the time. Have you heard of this? Seems like a juice fat would be mainly fat-free (though I don't know the composition of all the fruits and vegies.
Are you doing both vegie fasts and juice fasts on the same day?
