Re: Nerve Damage

Quinta_Essentia gave you excellent advice

"of course fatty acids and lecithin are what you need to regenerate nerves. Fish oil, ALA, flax oil, etc, along with b vitamins, especially B12 in the sublingual methylcobalamin form, as opposed to the cyanocobalamin form."

Try eating flax oil/cottage cheese/ground flax together...Budwig
diet. Also, Make sure you are getting minerals in your diet.

I highly recommend infrared sauna...to oxygenate the body.
Use it everyday. I had chronic inflammation for the last
20 years or more. I have used many therapies and nothing
and I mean nothing has worked for me like the infrared sauna.

Ozone sauna would work just as well, but is more expensive
to own. I also recommend drinking ozonated water and H202 baths.

Try oxygen therapy

Abundant Health to You!
