diet. Also, Make sure you are getting minerals in your diet.
I highly recommend infrared sauna...to oxygenate the body.
Use it everyday. I had chronic inflammation for the last
20 years or more. I have used many therapies and nothing
and I mean nothing has worked for me like the infrared sauna.
Ozone sauna would work just as well, but is more expensive
to own. I also recommend drinking ozonated water and H202 baths.
