I drink only distilled water but I add concentrated mineral drops to the water after distilling. Could I also add unactivated drops to this water?
And a question about sugar. I am having a terrible time with Sugar cravings right now. I figured that eating a pile of cherries was better for me than eating a chocolate bar, but does it really matter? Do I need to give up fruit as well? Is the fruit doing just as much damage as the chocolate bar?
