I also drink distilled water most of the time, and I add a few drops of the unactivated Miracle-Mineral-Supplement right into the liter ... it also raises the ph of the liter. I do this in addition to doing the activated Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .

I figured that eating a pile of cherries was better for me than eating a chocolate bar, but does it really matter? Do I need to give up fruit as well? Is the fruit doing just as much damage as the chocolate bar?"

I think that in the scheme of things, eating fruit is always better than eating chocolate or candy - there are vitamins and nutrients you get from fruit that you certaintly do not get from candy.

When I am in transition, I will eat some fresh bananas or an apple...it's all good. As long as we understand that, from a candida-perspective, Sugar is still sugar. I am not sure how much Miracle-Mineral-Supplement you are doing, but that should be helping with the cravings...if not, then it may be because you are eating a lot of fruit. Really, in the battle against candida, fruit is the enemy. I know that flies in the face of a lot of holistic nutrition, but for a few months anyhow, you must give up fruit (except lemons and white grapefruits).

Use the MMS, and lots and lots of water, and green drinks, to move your body gradually and gently away from fruit, and baked/bread goods. Work on phasing - the gradual shift of your diet, focusing on a single item or meal at a time. I highly recommend you start with breakfast. I can give you some ideas and recipes that you can start with.
