Thank you so much for sharing you experience. I am learn so much more for other then form the so called professionals. I have a few question before I start. I have been on a diet for 2 months now very similar to yours. I found out Sugar and fruit were bad right off the bat. I want to now if goat milk yogurt is ok? I find it less harsh then cow. Also, rice and especially brown rice has an adverse reaction in my system. Is it absolutely necessary to have it in the diet or will the proteins and vegetables be enough? How long do you think you need to continue the diet until you start adding other foods? Lastly, I have recently increase my intake of omega 3's to 1000 mg per day. will this conflict with you treatment methods.
