I am on day 2 of this, using sunflower oil twice daily for 10-15 minutes. I am also "detoxing", have done a mild liver cleanse a few weeks ago, and am eating a low fat no cholesterol, gluten-free diet. Lots of veggies!! drinking detox teas. I will be starting a Bentonite clay detox cleanse recommended by my naturopath this week. I do castor oil packs, and Epsom Salts baths.
I also started, in the last month, walking or doing the elliptical machine over 5 miles per day.
So I feel much better in general, though itchy from the detox.
It will be hard to know if any improvements are directly from the oil pulling, or from the collaborative effects of all of the above.
