I have had the same thing as you for a few years now (8??) I had also had doctors checked me out. They found nothing and resolved I have a "normal abnormal rhythm"
Like that makes since! Basically I have noticed over the years that when my stress and bad eating goes up, my heart goes out of rhythm and the "fluttery" feelings come back. If I stay off of coffee, stay on the proper amount of water, get my veggies in, sleep as I should (rest seems to have a BIG play in this) then I dont have flair ups.
I get tired, up my coffee, get stressed, out goes the heart! I back off the coffee, make it a rule to eat as I should, get my rest, and the heart "problem" goes away.
