I agree. Every food is nothing more than a drug, and none of them were ever necessary to begin with. Fruits are the only things made for human consumption, if anything was ever made for human consumption to begin with. Any other foods are just extra junk in the body.

Deficiencies aren't the lack of something. Rather, they are the too much of something else. So-called deficiencies are just a sign that the body is trying to balance itself. Swallowing so-called vitamins and minerals will only shift the body's balance, not eliminate the deficiency. Because the deficiency is really just excess.
