No it does not mean that H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) is stronger, just that it disassociated very quickly when it goes in your system and produced gass of O2 as it hits human tissue.

the bubbling in the stomach, little sickly, and tired for about 20 mins afterwards' is comming from the O2 being released in your stomach.

the chemical formula for this is 2 H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) --> 2 h2o + O2

that is what you see when you pore it on a cut and the bubbles are seen. O2 in the stomach is not absorbed much into the blood stream if I remember right.
