Yes, I use to drink coffee everyday but on the suggestion of many with FBD, I gave up coffee a year ago. I drink most herbal teas. Now, I have a few times had a coffee with cream at a dinner gathering but it is rare since I started on the quest of healing.
I have not tried break through dosing... at this point I'm too scared to try.
