I just want to make sure when you're talking about salt, and getting "too much" or not, I want you to look at how much water you are consuming.
At the height of my salt-consumption, my own alternative doctor, after running tests said that I was not getting too much salt (even with all my salt-loading), but that my salt/potassium was not balanced because I was not getting enough potassium.
Having said that, I can say that I am very watchful of my water consumption!!! I watch my water by marking a paper! I drink out of a glass that is the size of a full quart.
IOW, I know that I'm getting (at least) two and a half quarts every day! I weigh 165 pounds. We are supposed to drink half our weight in ounces of water every single day.
Forgive me if you already do...I just wanted to be sure this was addressed.
