Great article. I get a little concerned when I see people using The Master Cleanse to crash diet...and CRASH diet, not 5 or 10 pounds, but 50 or 60, and then talk about the pizza and burgers and things they're going to eat after.
What's the point in doing this then?
This isn't a fad diet...hopefully it puts you in better touch with your mind and body and leads you down a healthier path.
It's not to drop a beer gut.
