Re: Udo's Oil

Normally, I would say Udo's was a pretty expensive oil for pulling, but since its past its date, that might be the best way to use it. It would be interesting to see if it work's better than the less expensive oils.
I am just completing my first week of oil pulling daily with Hain Sunflower Oil. Already my teeth have lost that "see through" quality and soft sticky feel, my gums look better and bleed less. For a few days my mouth hurt like I was developing an abscessed tooth, but that is gone now and the benefits are apparent. I still haven't reaped any of the other benefits that others are talking about, but it has really improved my teeth and gums in just a week. This time next week I hope to look twenty years younger, be twenty five pounds lighter and be able to do cartwheels down the road. Maybe? :D
