I did only 8 flushes and got ~1,750 stones out using Clark's recipe. The epsom salt flushes out of you with an hour or two of taking it, and often seems to tick of some parasites on the way. I may actually be finished with liver flushing for now, and will probably do maintenance every 6 months.
I think there are many recipes out there which may or may not get gallstones out. My methods, using Clark's recipe as a basis, were extremely successful considering that last Aug I was told I had to have my gallbladder removed IMMEDIATELY!
I do take lecithin for my liver as a supplement, however. It is good stuff! And I can't say enough about how good extra virgin olive oil is for your body. - I now fry in it (1/2 cannola oil and 1/2 olive oil) instead of that nasty old Crisco I used to use.
