Welcome to Medical School. :-))

Some of these can be answered but there are so many possible variations of reactions and conditions that even if you know and understand the chemistry and sicence behind it. There are different outcomes and levels of affecting different peoples chemistry, physiology, and anatomy.

The fact that we cannot see, at a molocular level, into a living tissue and identify the processes going on, and record the outcomes, makes this really imopssible.

Thus we take the sicence and understand the chemistry, and speculate on the actual process that reaches the observed outcomes.
