About 14 years ago I had taken Antibiotics for 2 years non stop... Antibiotics > Destruction of beneficial flora > Intestine becomes breeding ground for pathogens, fungi, bacteria, gradual decline of intestinal health > Poor digestion > Dysbiosis > Symptoms galore, ranging from chronic fatigue through to limited patience, anxiety and Depression > Research into cause of symptoms (Performed own research because my GP recommended Prozac!) > Discovered candida albicans via research (amongst other things, candida wasnt my only issue) > Checked tongue, was white, checked saliva and was classic candida strings > Tried every herbal & antifungal going with extremely strict low GI diet for 18 months, no success > Continue low GI diet, bought distiller and CS generator > consume high dose CS > candida related symptoms dissapated > Tongue is/has been completely pink for months and saliva is completely clear.

I take Kelp, Sea Salt and Chlorella so should obtain plenty minerals from those, so perhaps time will be the ultimate healer.
Upto 150 ml's per day of homemade CS which was yellowish to golden in colour, so the PPM must have been high, certainly in excess of 100 PPM. I didnt measure the PPM as to be quite frank I wasn't bothered. Most store bought CS is about 5-10 PPM and as a general guide some people say perhaps about 20 ml's per day is a maintenance dose. I refer to my consumption as high dose, however there are people who drink far in excess (over a litre per day) and have no problems.
The only effective treatment I have found is CS, and in high doses CS nukes candida. Ofcourse your required to have any LGS issues resolved or your expectations for a cure of systemic candida will only fall at the 2nd hurdle. Additionally replenish your intestinal bacteria with kefir/kombucha.
I ought to add that I balanced acid/alkali, consumed a high protein (organic red and white meat) diet, performed multiple Colon Cleanses and consumed herbal teas to cleanse liver/kidneys and to obtain plentiful supply of anti-oxidants.
