Iodine with MMS

hey sanctuary.

so you are still taking the Iodine the same days you take the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ?

i wanted to but i heard this was not a good idea (something abt combining too many oxidants i think)

i was taking upto 200mg Iodine a day in Lugols (with days off), since being on the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement i have only taken Lugols twice, both times this was in the middle of the day (MMS morning and night) and only 12mg.
