I'll start this plea off with a little background introduction; You folks may call me Blue, I'm a 19 year old male, a vegan, and weigh all of 108 pounds!
Now, before some of you think to jump on me mercilessly and say my extremely low weight is due to my diet, I've been a vegan for 5 years, and up until roughly a year ago I weighed in at 145 pounds and was physically fit.
Ever since then I've been steadily losing weight, hopelessly unable to gain even an ounce back no matter how much I consume. My daily diet sees between 1,800 - 3,000 calories, and an abundance of vitamins & minerals from the vast variety of fruits, vegetables, and nuts I consume. I've since stopped all exercise too.
Mentally and physically I generally feel fine except when I go for a few hours without food, I get debilitating stomach & intestinal cramps. As I'm writing this my computer monitor is illuminating my arms, I can see every vein bulging out all over my body, not to mention every rib. I'm literally skin & bones here!
Any suggestions or such as to the cause(s) is greatly appreciated.
