I did a little research on anemia and the symptoms don't seem to coincide with what I'm experiencing, but I'll keep this option open if worse comes to worse. Hopefully it doesn't...
Iron I don't think I need to worry about, I take a multi vitamin with iron in it and occasionally cook with cast iron pans.
I have no clue what my fat intake is either, I eat a fair amount of healthy fats like nuts & avocados, but the majority of my food eaten raw or baked/cook from scratch, so I'm not getting all nutritional info glued on like you would with processed foods.
