Re: Over enthusiasm and self inflicted damage!

I have started that same protocol too, and have been brushing my teeth with it, but not focusing on the gums. I noticed last night that it looks like some of the enamel is coming off my teeth. I have always had problems with this, and have already had a number of them filled in on the surface due to eroding enamel. Does anyone have any suggestions for rebuilding enamel. Should I stop the salt/baking powder/CS brush? Only other thing it might be is the oil pulling, or maybe I'm imagining it. I get so worried about it, it's like I'm brushing my teeth away.
