Yeah, my sleeping is al over the place now, can't get to sleep until around 4, same with my wife. Our energy levels go up and down.

And yeah, I had the taste all day long, is that due to the Chlorite returning to salt?

I never had constipation or any problem there apart for some slight diarhea, but I did drink far more water as I felt more thirsty.

The reason I wondering is that maybe we really need to blast the crap out of our bodies with high doses and then when it's pretty much cleared out the maintenence dose will do fine but if there is alot of junk smaller doses won't really benefit as the bugs, etc, just keep building up. Tweet
