Yep, I'm at the bottom of the learning curve. Thanks for the links, I'm trying to get as much info as possible, and yeah, listening to my body too, but sometimes we get a conflicting answer to our own needs as in the case of desiring foods that actually harm us. One of our kids would do anything for blue smarties (sweets), but these make him go bananas.
Hope I don't sound as tho I'm not grateful for the exchange, but as I say, I'm just a beginner sort of lost in the euphoria/confusion of the new.
