Thank you so much guys! WOW wombat I just read that article by Vulcanel. I know there's bad stuff going on in all processed food but anytime I read something like that it just shifts me that much closer to not touching anything processed. So is it enough to eat kelp or Wakame daily which I eat sparingly as is? or do I need to take a different type of Iodine supplement? Thanks
Oh also as far as Oil Pulling do you guys have any good references online you'd recommend to read up on it.
