Pau d Arco

I started Pau d arco tea about 2 weeks ago, this stuff is amazing. It has helped with my overall well-being & sinus suffering that I have had for many years due to being on Antibiotics & in turn having candida. My question is....Will I have to try another anti-fungal in another couple of weeks because the pau d arco will lose it's effectiveness? I hope not, but I think I read somewhere?!?!? not sure where, that it will be effective for about 30 days, then I will have to switch to another anti fungal then I can go back to pau d arco in another 60-90 days.
