Thanks, Zoe! I am rather new to all this "natural healing" stuff, and to CZ, and all these loads of info seem overwhelming at times :-). I've been thinking about liver cleanse... (I actually have a bit of liver pain, too, although the tests didn't reveal anything) I just haven't found enough courage yet :-)
