Re: Is the tea addictive? What to do?

Alright! 22 days, that's great. That 'era' is usually a milestone
for me and around that time the sludge is really starting to give up!
Gross as it sounds , strain sometime and see what your body is tossing
out. It is a real inspiration when you see caked sewage coming out.
It makes going another 3 weeks easier from the motivation.

My last 45 dayer I had no issues with tea addiction whatsoever. Most
of the addictive issues are reflected by those off cleanse and eating
lousy. Drinking the tea off cleanse for prolonged periods has been
known to create a 'lazy colon'. Hence the warnings on most lax tea
labels not to drink longer than 4 days (I think). You should be fine.

In fact on many occasions I upped the cayenne to maximum intake
(insert primal scream sound effect here)and was able to omit the tea
occasionally(NOT adviseable for newbies!!Up the cayenne though). After cleanse it usually takes a day or two for the bowels to kick in, yet if one breaks right
it's rarely a problem. You are right on breaking for the 20 days. It really
makes a huge difference and continues the self discipline format of the
MC. I always break for half ,too. You have done your homework(don't stop) and will
enjoy a fabulous cleanse and a better life after. Cheers!
