Re: question about salt water flush

I'm on day 5. In first days it may take a little longer because of the existing contents in the intestines and colon. If you took it at 5 AM I would think you are good to go about your activities at 8 AM. Better to start on a day when you do not have a morning commitment, too obvious I know. Moving around while drinking a hot cup of peppermint tea with a little lemon juice and maple syrup will have a stimulating effect after you take the SWF. I just started using celtic salt instead of plain old Sea Salt .. I wish I had switched sooner because it's almost tasteless compared to the old SS.
This morning I still had solid matter coming out so this after noon I did another SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and I'm sipping on some peppermint tea now. The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) acts as a replacement for enemas, the tea only can act as a laxative. This evening I'm blending part of a lemon skin for further cleansing (page 19).

Twas my choice... LOL!
