Hey everyone! I'm fasting right now but I don't want to lose my runner's strength! I got in really good shape before fasting (eating raw) and I was running about 5 miles or so pretty often during the week. I know I should take it easy during my fast, but I also don't want my body to lose too much conditioning...
Any advice? Is there anyone here that fasts and still runs a few miles everyday? I think as long as I ran a little bit each day I would be satisfied.
I don't know how long my fast will be for, but I plan on going as long as I can, and I do consider the fast priority in my life right now. So if rest is needed, then that's what I'll do. :-)
