Hey everyone. Well tommorow I am starting a new fast. 3 months ago I completed a 40 day fast with no worries so yeah, I'm gonna aim for 7 days.. If I complete 7 days, I will try and go for 10 days, If I complete 10 I will try to go to 15 days, If I complete 15 days I might go to 20, it depends.. But yeah after day 3 I'm fine! Water Fasting seems harder than it was the time I completed the 40 day one.. :( But I'm gonna try and stay strong :).
