I not only want to maintain the healthy clean feeling I have, but also want to keep the 20 lbs of weight I have lost off. Do you eat many carbs? I read that you have done a great job at maintaining your weight loss. After the reintroduction I was planning to continue on with the Eat to Live plan by Dr. Fuhrman with the addition of juicing. He want us to eat at least one cup of beans a day. What are your thoughts and tools that you use to maintain?
