I just looked it up and a cup of beans has as many carbs as 1 slice of whole grain bread. I guess I will just consider m beans to be the carbs for the day. Although I do like Quorn meat substitutes and those have carbs too. I am curious about the Blood Type Diet , I am O too. I will read up on it.
Hey are you in Michigan? I thought I read that somewhere...I am in MI and it is harder in the winter to keep it light.
