I did it in about 2 weeks, worked up to about 8-10 drops a day.
Then started pushing it.
2 days 2x9
1 day 2x10
1 day 2x15
1 day 3x15
last day after 2x15 got the big D and emptying of the stomach.
Lost 3-4 lbs which stayed off.
After 2 days rest went back on anywhere from 4-16 drops a day and stayed on for 8 weeks.
Decided it was long enough, I did not feel any different, so instead I put 3 straight drops in my drinking water plus some lime for maintenance.
