The protocol suggests starting at 1 drop, once a day. You work up from there to 15 drops.

Jim Humble has indicated that this is based on a person that weighs around 73 kg. Minor adjustments can be made for people who are slightly heavier or lighter than 73 kg.

However, 400 kg is more than "slightly heavier" than 73 kg. I don't know how the "adjustment" works at high deviations.

I would suggest that you email Jim Humble and ask him. Let us know what he suggests.
