I'm losing it

*Rant & plea for assistance*

I'm a 19 y/o male, who like most has had mild/moderate Acne since the age of 13. A third of my life spent with this, but it honestly hasn't bothered me much, rarely have I let it dictate my social life or confidence. Until now... It feels like I've been storing up pressure and it's coming to a boil.

Treatment wise, I feel like I'm at the end of my rope, I don't where where to turn to or what to do next. So I'm posting this in hopes that someone with a tried & tested cure or even the most racial regimen will lend some assistance, I'll try just about anything at this point.

What I've tried:
- Every topical cream & oral Antibiotic a dermatologist could prescribe, short of accutane which I declined.
- Dozens upon dozens of over the counter washes, soaps, creams, and scrubs.
- AHA Souffle 12%
- Every strength of benzoyl peroxide
- 4 Liver Flushes
- Apple Cider Vinegar - Topically & orally
- Tea Tree Oil
- Megadoses of Vitamin B5
- Diets restricting grains, soy, sugar, fruits, and everything else
- Candida Cleanse
- Numerous fasts
- Self Hypnosis
- Flaxseed Oil

I live a relaxed stress free life, I'm active, I eat plenty of fresh fruits & vegetables, and take quality Multi & B-Complex vitamins. But still... NOTHING, not a damn thing I've tried has had any significant results.

I don't know where to turn now, or what to do next. So please if you have any advice it's greatly appreciated at this point.
