What is your opinion on potassium broth post wf to build up reserves? Should I just juice a ton of spinach leaves?
Are you aware of a guideline somewhere where I could follow. I want to keep the cals low, GI index low as often as possible but I want replenishment to be complete so I might reach 40-50 days next time I water fast. I read somewhere someone was following the ultimate diet by alan cott? I think that was the name. Never heard of it, do you recommend it?
