I am on day 13 of a water fast. I am going to start with juices then move on to solids. I would like to adopt the raw vegan lifestyle to see if it can work wonders as so many report.
Can anyone report how they know they are getting enough protein? What is enough? If you are not using nuts what sources should you look for?
Do you have any suggestions for nutrient replenishment after a fast on a raw vegan diet? I want to continue detoxing but do not wish to gain weight. For my husband who said he would do this with me, I do not want him to lose weight.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, book recommendations as well. Thank you .
