I have been using Bragg's ACV for a few days while learning more about its uses. I am using Bragg's for general health, and hopefully for weight loss.
My question: when do you use ACV by itself, and when do you need to add Baking Soda?
Some posts recommend using ACV by itself, while other posts recommend using Baking Soda to adjust our pH to become more alkaline. I have not tested by pH yet.
