Sometimes, when toxins get released, they go into the interstitial fluids instead of getting flushed out of the body. Then, what the body does, is to make fat to protect itself from the liberated toxins.

Hormonal shifts/imbalances can cause tummy flab. I've had that happen with fluctuations with adrenal hormones....usually cortisol. For me, it was due to inflammation in my gut from the fungus. When there is inflammation, cortisol is raised to try to reduce the inflammation. Raised cortisol can raise blood sugar......and fat results.

Maybe your fatigue is from toxins being released and still being in your system.
Are you drinking plenty of water.....and also skin brushing might be helpful.
